We're looking for photographers, programmers, designers (web &
print), production artists, HTML coders, copywriters, illustrators,
and creative and marketing types of all sorts to be a part of our
Encanta Design network.
The network is made up of professionals from various fields, all
over the U.S. and the world. They are experienced in their fields,
produce quality work, are professional, responsible, and work well
with others and on their own. Members of the network are independent
contractors, and often have their own companies, but they are willing
to work with Encanta Design on projects that are suited to their
skills and strengths.
When a client contacts Encanta Design with a request for proposal,
we assess what skills and expertise would be required for the project
and search through the network database for members with matching
skill sets, appropriate experience, and an interest in that type
of project. We then contact the network members with details of
the project, and ask the members to let us know if they are interested
in the project and if they're available. A project team is formed,
a proposal and estimate completed, and work begun.
In this way, we can offer our clients high quality work, and a
wider range of services, while offering our members opportunities
to work on a variety of interesting projects.
